Stone Wool / Rockwool
Description
Rockwool, also known as mineral wool or stone wool is a type of insulation made from actual stone. Rockwool is an excellent insulator, sound baffle and possesses a very high melting point, which allows it to be used in a wide array of products and applications, and commonly used in building construction, industrial plants and in automotive applications. read more

Cellular Glass
Description
Cellular Glass or commonly referred as FOAMGLAS® insulation, is a lightweight, rigid insulating material composed of millions of completely sealed glass cells. This unique cell structure is inherently water resistant and provides a highly effective vapor barrier (will not absorb flammable liquids or vapors). It is also unaffected by common chemicals and by most corrosive environments. It withstands at operating temperatures from -450°F to +900°F (-268°C to +482°C). read more
The material is available in sectional pipe covering and fittings, board segments for equipment and curved segments for tank wall and head applications. Cellular glass insulation can be applied and coated with a variety of available adhesives and finishes.

Polyurethane & Polyisocyanurate (PUR/PIR)
Description
Rigid polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation products are highly effective, lightweight and many have the ability to bond to most materials. Their excellent thermal conductivity and high strength to weight ratio, combined with great manufacturing versatility provides a range of products. As a result, PIR/PUR insulation products are the natural choice for most construction insulation applications. PIR foam is chemically and thermally more stable: breakdown of isocyanurate bonds is reported to start above 200°C, compared with urethane at 100 to 110°C. read more
RIGID PUR insulation products are made by reacting a liquid polyol component with a liquid polymeric isocyanate, Methylene Diphenyl di-Isocyanate (MDI), component in the presence of a blowing agent and other additives. The mixed components then react exothermally to form a rigid thermosetting polymer and since the blowing agent evaporates during this exothermic reaction a rigid closed cell low density insulation product is created. Excellent insulation is achieved because the gas trapped within the closed cell structure has a very low thermal conductivity and there is minimal heat conduction through the solid cell walls due to the low density, where approximately 97% of the volume of the foam is trapped gas.
RIGID PIR differs from PUR in that it is produced using an excess of the MDI component. In the presence of an appropriate catalyst the excess MDI reacts with itself to form isocyanurate which is characterised by greater heat stability. The resultant PIR insulation products exhibit increased fire performance and reduced combustibility and higher working temperature limits compared to PUR and when incorporated into building products, can meet some of the most demanding fire performance requirements such as those currently stipulated for some applications by the insurance industry.
The material is available in sectional pipe covering and fittings, board segments for equipment and curved segments for tank wall and head applications. The density of rigid polyurethane foam (PUR/PIR) used for thermal insulation in buildings normally ranges between 30 kg/m³ and 45 kg/m³. However, it can reach 100 kg/m³ for some applications. For special applications that are subject to extreme mechanical loads, the density of the rigid polyurethane foam (PUR/PIR) can be increased to 700 kg/m³.
In-situ Foams In addition to factory made polyurethane rigid foams (PUR/PIR), in-situ foams are also used in building. They are produced with state-of-the-art equipment "in situ" on the building site itself. In-situ foams are mainly used for technical insulation applications. The in-situ foam is sprayed onto the desired surface or poured into moulds, producing a seamless structure.

Calcium Silicate
Description
Calcium Silicate is an insulation material moulded by reacting calcium silicate powder with high-pressure heat and mixing it with inorganic fibre. It is a non-asbestos, high performance insulating material designed to provide excellent thermal and heat resistance insulation of heated piping systems, equipment, process vessels used in power station, petrochemical plants, petroleum refineries, heat distributing system and other process industries.
Calcium Silicate normally available in SPI (Sectional Pipe) and Slabs.

Perlite
Description
PERLITE is a rigid, non-asbestos, water resistant, high temperature insulating material composed of expanded perlite particles bonded together by inorganic binder and reinforcing fiber designed to provide suitable insulation of heated equipment, process vessels, tanks and piping.

Glass Wool
Description
Glass wool is made from silica sand, an inorganic raw material. It is produced through heating silica sand at 1200˚C - 1250˚C and transforming it into fibres. It can be manufactured in the forms of blanket, board, pipe or loose in different size and with different technical properties, with different facing materials according to the intended use and the place of use. It is used for thermal insulation, sound insulation, acoustic comfort as well as fire safety. read more
Depending on the product type, the temperature of use is between -50/+250°C. This temperature reach 500°C for loose glass wool products. It is lightweight and commonly rot proof, resistant to aging and does not corrode, decompose or allow mold formation. They are typically resistant against insects and microorganisms.
Ceramic Fiber
Description
ISOWOOL ceramic fibers are lightweight and it possesses excellent refractory and insulating properties. It is designed for a wide range of applications such as steel, non-ferrous, petrochemical and ceramic manufacturing industries. It is applicable to high temperature insulations ranging from 1000℃ to 1700℃. Using electrically melted highly purified materials, those fibers are formed by the air-blown method, having excellent refractory and insulating properties.
Flexible Elastomeric Foam
Description

BD6 Insulation Cements
Description
LIMPET BD6 compound is a self-setting cement for internal, external and marine use as a protective layer over insulation materials such as calcium silicate, mineral wools, etc. LIMPET BD6 does not require heat for setting. For external applications LIMPET BD6 requires the protection by a flexible weatherproof coating as self-setting cements are not impervious to water. The material is supplied in a dry powder form and the compound can be applied by hand or using a sprayed system.
Acoustic Vinyl Products
Description
We supply vinyl sound barrier pad/sheet loaded with naturally occurring minerals. The product is free of lead, unrefined aromatic oils and bitumen. It has good resistance to mineral oils, greases, weak acids and alkalies.

Aluminium Coils
Description
Aluminium Jacketing is manufactured from alloys 1050, 1100, 3003, 3105 or 5005 and available in Smooth, Stucco Embossed, Corrugated and with moisture barrier. The coils are available in varies thickness and insulRef provides slitting/recoiling services to meet customer’s requirements. Jacketing can also be provided with moisture barrier consisting of Polykraft or Polysurlyn.
Stainless Steel Coils
Description
Stainless Steel Jacketing is available as SS304, SS304L, SS316 and SS316L grade and available in Plain, 2B, 2D, Corrugated, Stucco Embosses, Corrugated and with moisture barrier. The coils are available in varies thickness and insulRef provides slitting/recoiling services to meet customer’s requirements. Jacketing can also be provided with moisture barrier consisting of Polykraft or Polysurlyn.
Aluminized Steel
Description
Aluminized Steel Type 2 is specified worldwide as insulation cladding for hot, cold, sound and fire insulation in the oil, chemical and gas industry. Other applications are corrugated steel pipe and construction products. Aluminized Steel Type 2 conforms to ASTM Specification A463.
Perforated
Description
Perforated product is generally used for personal protection in the insulation industry. Sheets of 4ft X 8ft dimension with various hole sizes, perforation pattern and pitch are available in aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and galvanised.
Welded WireMesh
Description
Wire Mesh can be available in square or rectangle of various pitch, opening and wire thickness. It comes in stainless steel and galvanised material. Expanded Wire Mesh in both stainless steel and galvanised material also available.
GRP – Glass Reinforced Plastic/FibaRoll
Description
GRP reduces the risk on corrosion under Insulation. Traditional aluminium jacketing is easily damaged or dented and joints are not always watertight. As a result these situations lead to unwanted water ingress. Due to it's mechanical strength, GRP allows "stepping" on insulation. Also GRP provides watertight seams. Due to the UV curing property, the installation doesn't require specials tools or prefab shops. GRP provides an excellent vapourbarrier. FibaRoll comes in the form of sheet and on-site installation then cured.

TIC BWRAP is a Self-Adhesive Polymer Membrane product as the primary vapour barrier, which is laminated with a functional film. It prevents water leakage on the insulation materials under outdoor ambient. Heavy duty performance is suitable to use for water and vapor stop. Hydrocal® B-11 GYPSUM Cement

Hydrocal® B-11 is normally used at operating temperatures above 93 °C (200 °F) or in other special situations.

Description

Aluminium Foil Tape
Description
Aluminium foil tapes are used on seams and joints of fiberglass and aluminium backed duct board. Coated with a rubber based pressure sensitive adhesive, they provide an excellent barrier to vapor and conform to irregular surfaces. Aluminium foil tape may be used for shielding and covering thermal insulation.
Mylar Foil Tape
Description
A solvent-based acrylic adhesive with the excellent vapor barrier properties of aluminium foil and outstanding physical and chemical characteristic of Polyester film as protective layer, which is used to seal the joints of vapor foil on insulation board or as a wrap-around protective barrier on insulated pipes and vessels. It has an excellent all weather and chemical resistance for indoor and outdoor applications. Width: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 300mm,… up to 1220mm.
Filament Tape
Description
Filament tape is a pressure-sensitive tape used for several packaging functions such as closing corrugated fibreboard boxes, reinforcing packages, bundling items, pallet unitizing, etc. It consists of a pressure-sensitive adhesive coated onto a backing material which is usually a polypropylene or polyester film and fiberglass filaments embedded to add high tensile strength.
Fiberglass Tape
Description
Woven Fiberglass Tape is ideal for selective reinforcement of fiberglass laminates. It can also be used for sleeve, pipe, or tank winding. Use it to join seams in separate parts and moulding. read more
These tapes are referred to as tapes only for their width and appearance—they are not adhesive backed. Their finished edges offer easier handling and a clean, finished appearance, and keep the tape from unravelling. Their plain weave construction builds in uniform strength in both horizontal and vertical directions.
Ceramic Fibre Tape

Ceramic Fiber Rope
Description
We have Ceramic Fiber Rope that are used for high temperature applications. These ropes are manufactured from high performance ceramic fibers which are spun and combined with the relevant reinforcing media to improve the tensile strength at higher temperatures. Ceramic Fiber Ropes contain 15% organic carriers, which help to establish physical formation of products which burn out at about 750 °F (400 °C). read more
These ropes are produced by twisting multiple plies of ceramic fiber wicking together. Standard 3-ply twisted rope is relatively soft and low in density and is the most economical choice. HD 9-ply twisted rope provides increased compression resistance and strength and is much higher in density (about 50% denser) than 3-ply twisted rope. Both ropes are also available with covering of Inconel wire mesh, which drastically increase resistance to mechanical abuse. This rope is famous for its specific features that include durability, reliability, high tensile strength, unmatched quality and reasonable rates.
